These Terms of Use apply to scrimmies and related hosted services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What scrimmies Does
scrimmies helps users find public pickup sports courts, view court details, save courts, create and browse casual game listings, and share quick court status reports.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information and content you submit. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, misleading, invasive of privacy, spammy, or otherwise harmful. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share.
Community Content
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give scrimmies permission to host, store, display, adapt for formatting, moderate, and otherwise use that content to operate and improve the app. This includes profile information, court details, game listings, photos, saved-related state, and court reports.
Accuracy And Safety
Court details, status reports, game listings, active times, amenities, directions, and skill levels may be submitted by users or may change without notice. scrimmies does not guarantee that any court is open, safe, available, accurate, or suitable for a particular activity. Use your own judgment before traveling, joining a game, meeting other people, or relying on any app information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, submit malicious files, or use the app to coordinate illegal or unsafe activity.
Moderation
scrimmies may remove, hide, or restrict content or access when needed to operate the app, protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to support requests, or comply with applicable requirements. The app may also keep some community content after a profile is deleted when that content remains useful to other users or is needed for safety, integrity, or operational reasons.
Profile Deletion
The app includes a Delete Profile action in Settings. Deleting a profile removes profile data and saved courts for the current anonymous session and deletes the anonymous app user when supported by that session. Some submitted community content may remain as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." scrimmies does not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, scrimmies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to user content, court conditions, travel decisions, meetings, games, injuries, outages, data loss, or reliance on app information.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
